Revamped the menu itself, it now had all of the movement be smoothly interpolated making it look clean.

Removed NoFilterMessage2 and replaced NoFilterMessage1 with a module that uses the new player module type.

Added Sudo which allows controlling the other player.

Added Teleportation which allows teleportation to the other player.

Added SetFPS which allows setting the game's FPS. This is the only number one so far that increments in 5 instead of 1. Older users of this hack may experience an issue with the FPS instead showing as true/false. This is temporary and can be fixed by incrementing/decrementing the input for the module.
