Added Latch. It sets your player's position to the other player's position. Useful for advertising clients like this to others.

Fixed the NoFilterMessage2  hack. It now properly works.

If Evader is enabled, the game automatically reboots if you get banned by a mod. Allowing you to keep playing easily.
